Bootie Campaign Staff
Dear Voters-

I hope you will consider what I ask and not just say "why waste my time or Vote?"  We never know what we can do until we try..

I am John Bootie, and I am running as an independent for President of the United States of America.  I am an Ultra-conservative but I know now, that I'll never get enough help or backing from the Republican party.  I question where their conservatism has gone at times?  Yes, it is a huge uphill battle, but not if we have the right platform.

Would you take a few minutes to read this and let me try to gain your Support?  I will show you what I believe in and what I have an interest in doing for this great nation.  I know it's going to be a long uphill journey, but nothing worth doing is accomplished if you don't try.  I intend to get the country to do a NATIONWIDE WRITE-IN campaign in the presidential race. Yes, I know it's a near impossible venture, but I believe I can make a difference for the country.

"Today’s politicians have forgotten, they were hired to do a job for the people who hired them, and a temporary job at that."

IN REMEMBERENCE OF 9-11-01

JOHN BOOTIE AND THE BOOTIE CAMPAIGN WOULD LIKE TO SAY WE WILL NEVER FORGET THAT HORRIFIC AND HISTORIC DAY WHEN OUR HOMELAND WAS ATTACKED.  WE ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO NEVER FORGET THAT DAY AS WELL, WE MUST REMEMBER HOW WE ALL CAME TOGETHER AS A COUNTRY AND UNITIED FOR THOSE WE LOST.

THE REALITY IS THAT TOO MANY FOLKS DO FORGET THAT DAY, AND THE MORE WE FORGET THAT DAY, THE STRONGER THOSE WHO ORCHASTRATED THAT COWARDOUS ATTACK BECOME.  THEY HOPE THAT WE FORGET AND LET OUR GUARD DOWN, SO THEY CAN DO THE SAME THING AGAIN, BUT REST ASSURE THEY WILL HAVE A BIGGER EFFORT AND WILL WANT TO MAKE SURE THE NEXT ATTACK WILL BE MUCH BIGGER.

SO FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T FEEL IT NESSECARY TO REMEMBER OR WANT TO CLAIM OUR GOVERNMENT WAS BEHIND THIS VICIOUS ATTACK MAY GOD HELP YOU WITH YOUR THINKING.

SO MY FELLOW AMERICANS PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO REMEMBER THIS DAY AND PRAY FOR THOSE WE LOST, FOR THEIR FAMILIES AND FOR ALL OUR BRAVE MEN AND WOMEN FIGHTING TO PROTECT OUR COUNTRY FROM ANOTHER ATTACK.

GOD BLESS,

JOHN BOOTIE
INDEPENDENT PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE
BUT JUST ANOTHER FELLOW CITIZEN ON THIS DAY OF REMEMBERENCE!

Students reprimanded for singing national anthem

From: One News Now

Officials at the California State Capitol are under fire for stopping a student tour group from singing the national anthem in the capitol rotunda.

Launch into an a cappella version of the Star Spangled Banner in the California State Capitol and a group could find themselves facing Capitol Security and officers of the California Highway Patrol. And that is what happened, says Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute, when a group of students touring the capitol, as part of the "City on a Hill" education program, spontaneously began to sing the national anthem.

"Upon hearing the students, a security guard there silenced them and said that they could not sing the national anthem unless they had a special permit to do so," explains Dacus. "This was an egregious abuse of discretion and a violation of the First Amendment rights of these students to be able to express patriotism and their love for their country."
